Note: Credit Cards will not be accepted for the following permit types: New Residential Permits including single family or multi-family residence, New Commercial Industrial Permits including build outs, Residential or Commercial Remodel Permits.

Direct Debit Village Bills


Direct debit is available for utility bills. Direct Debit allows Utility Customers to make payment automatically by electronic transfer from a checking or savings account directly to the Village on the date it is due. Your bank will post the transaction on your monthly statement. To enroll just fill out form below form, attach a voided check, and return it to the Kaptur Administration Center, 8999 W 123rd Street, Palos Park.

Village Drop Box


The Village of Palos Park has a drop box for residents to deposit bills and other correspondences. The gray drop box is located on the sidewalk near the exit/entrance on the east end of our parking lot and is available for residents who are unable to visit the Village Hall during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The drop box is checked every morning (Monday through Friday) before the office opens.
