Registration Information

 

The Village of Palos Park has signed a new agreement with our registration software provider, ACTIVENet, which will result in changes to the fees associated with credit card transactions.

Starting this fall, all credit card transactions will incur a 3.55% processing fee. This fee will be added to the advertised registration fee or rental rate and will also apply to rental security deposits. Please note that payments made with cash or check will not incur this processing fee.

This change will not affect how you register for our programs. For non-online registration, please complete our registration form available below, and drop it off or mail it to the Recreation Center located at 8901 W. 123rd Street in Palos Park. 

For online registration, new users will still create an account with ACTIVENet, while existing users' accounts remain unchanged. Follow THIS LINK to visit our online registration page.

Create an Account

  1. Click on the Online Registration button above.
  2. Click on Create an Account.
  3. You will create a password that will be needed each time you log into ActiveNet.
  4. Fill out all required fields for Head of Household ONLY (the household adult that will be registering participants). Do not create accounts for each family member at this time. You will be able to add family members later.
  5. Please allow up to two working days for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email.

 How do I add family members?

  1. Log into your account by clicking on the Online Registration button.
  2. Under Account Options click Change information about Family/Friends.
  3. Fill out the fields for each family member and click save.

Please note:

Under Contact Information add Cell Phone number, you must pick your cell phone company from the drop down and - check the box Agree to receive text message. Select save (scroll down to do so).

Text to You!
To better serve you we have an option to text information about classes you have registered for to include cancellations, changes, facility closures or emergency information pertaining to your classes. If you do not have an online account please call our office 708-671-3760 and we will be happy to add the texting option to your registration account.
