No action on your part is required at this time and you will not incur any fees in connection with this transfer of your service. You will continue to receive quality services you have enjoyed from WOW! without interruption and without an immediate change in rates, terms, or conditions. Be assured you will receive notifications of any changes to your services, conditions of service, or rate plans well in advance, should they become necessary.
RCN anticipates the closing of the acquisition and the transfer to occur on or about November 1, 2021, after the necessary regulatory approvals are obtained. At that time, WOW! will no longer be the legal entity that provides your service and RCN will become your service provider1. We will communicate with you under the WOW! brand for a limited period of time as we complete the transition of operations to RCN. Therefore, RCN will become responsible for all requirements, rights, and responsibilities relating to your service, and RCN’s technical and operational personnel will oversee and have control over the provisioning of your services.
