The Metra
Commuter Rail Station located at 123rd Street and 82nd Avenue serves the Village area.  A commuter parking lot is available to the public on a first come basis for a minimal daily fee ($1.25 / per day pay on-site).  Metra schedules are available at the Kaptur Administrative Center or by calling Metra at 312-322-6777 or Clicking here. One year and 6 month parking permits are also available.

There is no train service on weekends or the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Crooked Arrow Crossing Cafe
 Located in the Palos Park Metra Station. The Crooked Arrow Crossing serves a full array of coffees, cappuccinos, and tea, lite breakfast and lunch fare, including pastries and breads baked daily on the premises, quiches and bistro style sandwiches.

Palos Park Routes 386 & 384
Route 386 - South Harlem   Wheelchair Accessible
Provides service from the Midway Airport CTA Orange Line Station along major commercial/industrial artery of Harlem Avenue to 127th. Includes rush hour service to 127th and Homan. Alternate trips during rush hour, and all midday trips, operate to Orland Square Shopping Center. Also serves the 5th Municipal District Courthouse, Worth Metra Station, Toyota Park and Playfield Plaza. In addition, Toyota Park Express trips provide direct service to Chicago Fire games and selected other events at Toyota Park in Bridgeview from the Midway Airport CTA Orange Line Station. Route 384 - Narragansett - Ridgeland Wheelchair Accessible
Provides service between Midway CTA Orange Line Station and Orland Square. Serves Midway Airport, Ford City and Scottsdale Shopping Centers, Chicago Ridge Mall, Chicago Ridge Metra Station and Palos Community Hospital.

P.A.T.S.E. Bus Service
P.A.T.S.E. is the door to door bus service for senior citizens, free of  charge. Donations are Appreciated. Call (708)430-3822 between 8am and 3pm at least one day in advance. The dispatcher will schedule the bus to take you to your destination and to pick you up and return you to your home. The boundaries for this service are 87th street., Pulaski Ave., 135th St. and Wolf Road.
