Public Works Department-Sprinkling Restrictions
Restrictive sprinkling rules are in effect during the summer. If you use the Village of Palos Park public water supply for lawn sprinkling, these restrictions apply. The restrictions are addressed in section 1046.27 of the Codified Ordinances. In addition to sprinkling only between the hours of 7am to 11am and 7pm and 12 midnight, odd/even restriction are now also to be followed.

If the last digit in your street address is odd you may sprinkle during the above hours, only on odd numbered calendar days. If the last digit in your address is even then you are restricted to sprinkling during these hours on even numbered calendar days only. For further information or questions please call (708)448-2700.
