Village Meetings and Agendas

On this page you can select minutes to read from the various meetings held by the Village.  All meetings are open the public and the Village always encourages interested parties to attend. Meetings are held at the Kaptur Administration Center, 8999 West 123rd Street, Palos Park, Illinois, unless otherwise stated. Stay tuned to Wide Open West on channel 6 for latest Village Meetings and announcements.

Meetings are as follows:

 

Council Meeting --  Click for Agenda -- Council holds it's meetings the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 at the Kaptur Administration Center.

Plan Commission -- Click here for agenda -- Meetings held the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 at the Kaptur Administration Center.

Zoning Board of Appeal:  Click here for agenda. Meets Wednesdays at 7:30pm at the Kaptur Administration Center as needed.

Library Board: Meet third Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm at the Library

Historic Preservation Commission -- Meets third Tuesday of each month. 7pm at the Kaptur Administration Center.

Police Pension Board: Meets the 3rd Monday in January, April, July, October – 7:00 PM -Click for Agenda

Tree Body Meeting: meets as needed.

Recreation Committee meets as needed.

Fine Arts Committee meets as needed.

Beautification Committee meets as needed.
