| NEW VEHICLE
STICKERS AVAILABLE JUNE 1ST All vehicles registered to Village of Palos Park addresses must display a current Village vehicle sticker. New residents have 30 days to purchase a sticker. If you have not received an application in the mail by first week of June, please call the Village Hall 448-2700. A remittance envelope will be included with the application. Stickers valid or one yearfor cars, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and trucks will be available for purchase beginning June 1. VILLAGE OF PALOS PARK STICKER RATES Antique Car $45.00 Passenger Cars ...... . $60.00 Motorcycles $50.00 R.V. Plates . $70.00 TRUCKS B Plates $80.00 D Plates ... $90.00 F Plates .. $115.00 H Plates & over . $130.00 *Senior citizen rate: All residents 65 years or older may purchase one vehicle sticker at one half the fee upon proof of age. The vehicle must be owned/operated by the resident for non-commercial use and be the primary mode of transportation. Vehicle stickers must be affixed to the windshield by midnight June 30. Residents who choose to mail their sticker applications and payments to the Kaptur Center should allow ample time for processing and return mail. Vehicle stickers and payments may also be deposited in the night depository box outside the Kaptur Center. Only checks or money orders should be mailed or deposited. Beginning July 1st, a $50.00 penalty fee will apply to residents who have not purchased vehicle stickers. Late fees will continue to increase over following months. *Note: Dog license information is included on the same form as the vehicle license. A rabies number is required to obtain an animal tag. |
