| NOTICE Residents of unincorporated Palos Township who are purchasing Cook County Vehicle Stickers through the Township must purchase stickers with either a personal check, money order or cashier's check. Cash will no longer be accepted. NEW 2009-2010 VEHICLE STICKERS

| *Senior citizen rate: All
residents 65 years or older may purchase one vehicle sticker at one-half
the fee upon proof of age. The vehicle must be owned/operated by the
resident for non-commercial use and be the primary mode of
transportation. Vehicle stickers must be affixed to the windshield by midnight June 30, 2009. Residents who choose to mail their sticker applications and payments to the Kaptur Center should allow ample time for processing and return mail. Vehicle sticker applications and payments may also be deposited in the night depository box outside the Kaptur Center. Only checks or money orders should be mailed or deposited. *Note: Dog license information is on the same form as the vehicle license. A rabies number is required to obtain an animal tag. Beginning July 1st, a $50.00 penalty fee will apply to residents who have not purchased vehicle stickers. |
