PATHLIGHTS is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting older persons over the age of 60 who are physically or psychologically impaired. PATHLIGHTS serves the four townships of Palos, Lemont, Orland, and Worth. An estimated 55,000 older persons reside in the PATHLIGHTS area. PATHLIGHTS is located at:

We are a 501(c)3 human service organization providing comprehensive community services to more than 16,000 individuals navigating the aging life cycle.
