Steve Desmond and his family moved to Palos Park when he was just five years old. His parents, Steve Sr. and Maria Desmond, believed that the schools and this area in general would help foster the creativity and interests of him and his younger sister. Their intuition proved to be spot on. Steve’s interest in filmmaking goes back as long as he can remember, and Palos Park was the backdrop for many of his childhood projects.
