Palos Park Mayor Nicole Milovich-Walters is hosting the event in conjunction with former Illinois State Representative and current Evergreen Park Mayor Kelly Burke and Moraine Valley Community College. We’re honored to have Toni Preckwinkle as our keynote speaker. Following her remarks, Worth Township Supervisor Tricia Murphy will join Mayors Milovich-Walters and Burke on the panel to discuss their experience and perspectives. The goal of the event is to encourage the next generation, especially young women, to get involved in public service. This is a free event open to men, women, students in middle school and older. Lunch will be served (pre-registration required).
