Thursday October 19 through Tuesday October 24, all the streets included will have the surface removed by grinding in this order:
Old Creek/Meadow
125th/Powell Road
127th/84th/Hillside
Hobart/93rd/120th/121st
After all the grinding is done the binder will be put down on all the streets. Any necessary structure adjustments or patching would be next.
The new surface course would be next. Last will be the stone shoulder.
Prime oil will be put down prior to any paving. Signs will go up the day before denoting the time it will be applied. The oil should dry within 30 minutes so you can drive on it at that time. Do not drive on fresh oil, if possible, to avoid splashing on your vehicle. If you must drive on fresh oil, go slowly.
UPDATE: Saturday, October 28th - Finish binder on Old Creek. Start surface on Old Creek
Monday, October 30th - Finish Surface on Old Creek - Binder on Hillside, 84th, 127th and 93rd in that order.
Tuesday, October 31st - Ready the streets for surface.
Wednesday, November 1st to Friday, November 3rd - Surface on 125th Street, Hobart Avenue, 12st Street, 93Rd Avenue, Hillside Drive, 84th Avenue, and 127th Street in that order.
