Here is 2024 Purple Coneflower Order Form! To place your order, print out the form and bring it to Village Hall with your payment (cash or checks only). Orders and payments are due by May 31st, 2024 and the plants will be available for pick-up mid-June at Village Hall. We will email you when the plugs are ready to be picked up.
